Senior Designer

The Collective Dallas is seeking an experienced, creative, and motivated Senior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to lead a variety of residential projects, including new construction, renovations, and interior furnishings, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage residential interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest level of creativity and quality.
Oversee and guide a support team, providing clear direction, advice, and insight.
Collaborate on material selection and ensure skilled application of materiality in designs.
Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Serve as a natural leader and self-starter, proactively managing timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing, retail, and furniture teams to drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

2–4 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in new construction, renovations, and furnishings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Canva, and Google Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited program.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and articulate ideas clearly.
Based in Dallas, Texas, with the ability to work on-site at our office.
