Our Process

DESIGN INITIATION
Upon execution of the Letter of Agreement, you will receive an invoice for the deposit on design fees as outlined in the agreement and generated through our design billing software, Ivy.

DESIGN PLAN
During this phase, we use insights from Client Discovery to draw floor plans, make all project selections, and create pricing schedules for each room.

PROCUREMENT
Upon full payment of room invoices, we will initiate the ordering process for all products and efficiently manage the receipt and handling of any claims.

INSTALLATION
When all of your pieces are received and in perfect condition, we will schedule our installation. This is the time when our highly skilled teams come together and magically transform your space.

CLIENT DISCOVERY
Once the project is initiated, you will receive "client homework" that allows the team to understand your preferences, followed by an in-person exercise to better grasp your likes and dislikes in design, materiality, colors,
and patterns.

PRESENTATION
Once all selections are completed by the team, we will schedule the Design Presentation. In this meeting, you will see our collective vision come to life and easily be able to visualize your new home!

PROJECT TRACKING
You will receive an itemized tracking sheet for all products that are updated and automatically sent to you bi-weekly by the design team. Our team will receive, inspect, and catalog each item and prepare for installation.
08
FINISH OUT
Following installation, you'll receive an invoice covering installation teams, storage, and receiving, along with any follow-ups that may be necessary.
